Crystallised honey isn't fake, and the 'water test' doesn't prove anything. Here's what does.

Fake and mixed honey is common, so it's good to be careful — but most home tests people share are myths.
Myths
“Real honey never crystallises.” False — raw honey crystallises naturally, especially in winter.
“Pure honey sinks in water.” Sugar syrup sinks too.
“Ants don't eat real honey.” They do.
“The flame test.” Moisture content, not purity, decides whether it burns.
What actually tells you
A lab test for added sugar and moisture is the only reliable check. That's why we test every batch of our Sundarban honey and keep the reports.
💡 Tip
Storage: keep it closed, at room temperature, away from sunlight. Never in the fridge.
